    Superficially interesting fluctuations, but probably somewhat misleading in this form. To really get a handle on the trends we would need to know the number of houses, and the number of units, actually sold during each period, and average prices for each based on numbers of bedrooms … For example, if very few units were sold during a particular period, and were in shoddy condition and/or small in size on average, then this will show a large dip regardless of the real longer term trend.
    Even just the average for each of these categories for six and twelve month periods would be a more useful guide.
