Sir – It was pleasing to see our “leader in waiting” [Tony Abbott] in his fire truck taking direct action against climate change.
The more comprehensive responses being developed and implemented by our government and many others will undoubtedly take quite some time to take effect.
In the meantime we will need as many volunteers as we can find, so ensure your license remains current Tony.
