LETTER TO THE EDITOR
Sir – We have just put an Automated External Defibrillator at Traeger Park for use by anyone. This is a piece of life saving equipment, and we hope to shortly have one at the turf club as well.
Hopefully it will never be used, but if it saves just one life, it has done its purpose.
This is part of a partnership the bank is forging with St John Ambulance. We are also helping them to go into schools and teach kids about first aid.
