Why not us?

Much of the NT received good rain but why not The Alice? And it’s just a slim may-be next week: 5% chance of rain on Monday, 20% on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 30% Thursday.

    Alex it is the same predictions over and over and by the weekend all is gone.
    When I was a science student we used to tease the ones specialising in meteorology: The meteorology is the science which can tell, with certainty, the weather of yesterday. Still very much the same.

    And now it’s 20% chance tomorrow (Tuesday) rising to 70% chance on Thursday (with “possible storm, heavy falls” according to the BOM) declining to 40% chance by Sunday.
    I’m making preparations, accordingly.
