Comment on The stolen child who went to university by Evelyne Roullet.

@ David, Posted February 11, 2019 at 11:00 pm: “We need to get some things straight here.
If policemen, holy men of the cloth, miners, pastoralist, vagabonds of the day, had kept their trousers buttoned up and not pursued Aboriginal women, there would not be a stolen generation, that is, children sired by non Aboriginal men as those described.”
Your comment underlines the fact that those children were part of two communities: Aboriginal and European.
I am in total agreement with you, it was a disgrace that those children were stolen from their mother; but in this period of history women of any skin colour did not have many rights.

Ask Pine Gap for help to stop breach of COVID rules: Lambley
“Mrs Lambley says the Police Commissioner ‘responded to my letter promptly yesterday saying that essentially they have this problem under control and it is not a big as what people say’.”
I wonder how long the commissioner has been in Central Australia and if he is a bush man.
Has he driven, ridden or walked all the tracks in and around The Centre?
I hope he is correct in his assessment, because if he is not, he will carry the outcome of his decision forever.

Aborigines may defy orders, come to Alice for food: CLC
I do not understand why my comment is racist but the title of the article “Aborigines may defy orders, come to Alice for food” is not.
Plus, what does it has anything to do with France? “This is a disgraceful comment and not to be associated with France.”

Aborigines may defy orders, come to Alice for food: CLC
Frank Baarda: I could not agree more with you: “See us to be the biggest threat.”
Where I live the biggest threat does no come from the Aborigines but from white people. I used to see big mobs on my footpath, not any more as it seems to me they have understood the message of TAKE CARE. I cannot same the same about everybody.

COVID-19 news: Alice Springs woman diagnosed
Yes Dave and I would love to know if the people who flew from Adelaide on Tuesday 31st were told to clean their luggage handle, if the handlers in Perth were told of the dangers of contamination from Adelaide?
